OUR STORY
Cloud City started back in 2015 at our Midland Dr. and Neely location, when the vape industry was still pretty new. We were one of the first vape shops in Midland, and what started as a small shop has grown a lot since then.
A big part of that growth came from the people who kept walking through our doors. The support we got from Midland, Odessa, and the surrounding areas gave us the opportunity to grow into a bigger store and carry more of what our customers were actually looking for.
And honestly, that’s still how we do things.
We’ve never wanted to be the kind of store that just puts products on the shelf and calls it a day. Over the years, our customers have told us what they wanted, what they liked, what they didn’t like, and what they wanted to see us carry. We’ve listened and adjusted along the way. That’s a big reason Cloud City has grown from a small vape shop into what it is today.
Our roots will always be in vaping, but we’ve expanded well beyond that. Today, we carry a much wider selection of products because it’s what our customers have ASKED us for. We pay attention to what’s new, what’s worth carrying, and—just as importantly—what our customers actually want.
We’ve been around since 2015, so we’ve seen this industry change quite a bit. We’ve watched products come and go, trends change, regulations change, and the entire market evolve. Through all of that, one thing hasn’t changed: the people who shop with us are the reason we’re still here.
Cloud City is what it is because of the people of Midland, Odessa, and the surrounding communities. Every customer who’s stopped by, told a friend about us, left a review, or simply told us what they wanted to see on the shelves has helped shape the store.
